This workshop provides the training, instruction, and material authoring utilizing
Soloist®. Digital PC Comparative Recorder and Media Player, language instructors and lab support staff will:

Create digital recordings
Use text player/editor
Create Automatic Comparative Recording files
Compose Multi Media Clip Sequence files
Microsoft Word and Power Point in Your Language Lab
This workshop focuses on creating and using Microsoft Word and Power Point activities/lessons that work in tandem with the
Sony Virtuoso™/Soloist® Multi Media Language Learning System for group and individual student activities. Participants will create and author digital document activities for individuals, partners, and groups.
Lesson Planning Drop In Lab - Optional Extension to All Training
Brainstorming Lab Lesson Planning, building off knowledge acquired in the previous workshop, instructors’ resource drop in lab time with contracted technology facilitator. Instructors will create several lab activities to support their lesson plans based on the knowledge acquired in the previous day’s workshop.
